In this consultation we will gain an understanding of your relationship with food. What you eat, when you eat, why you eat are a few questions asked to identify the best plan of action. Your needs and wants will be identified to create an achievable goal. To ensure a successful program your goals will coincide with your lifestyle, priorities, and abilities. Plans of actions, goals, and information necessary for success will be provided in a follow-up email.
each review session is 45 minutes. During review sessions goal assessment
successful tactics, as well as any questions, comments and concerns, will be
discussed. Your next short-term goal along with tactics to achieve it with be reviewed, clarified, and given to you to execute. Each session will end with a follow-up email with your new short-term goal, plan to achieve goal and essential notes from the review session.
